The seventh annual Cares for Kids Radiothon hosted by 104.3 WBBQ and 102.3 The Bull broadcasted live from the MCG Children's Medical Center lobby on December 13-15, 2007. This annual event has raised over $480,000 since 2000, this year raising $144,205.

One of the hospital’s largest fund-raisers, the Radiothon ensures the MCG Children’s Medical Center’s ongoing mission to provide the highest level of care to children and families in a patient-and family centered care environment. The majority of the proceeds this year will do toward the renovation of the Pediatric Oncology Outpatient Clinic, which is dedicated to the care of children with cancer.
