Each athlete wants to perform at his or her best. At the MCGHealth Sports Medicine Center, we work with athletes of all ages and athletic ambitions. We not only diagnose and treat sports-related problems, but also help athletes achieve their top physical condition when they return to competition.

Our staff members are board-certified and/or licensed professionals in their field with specialized training in sports medicine. Orthopedists, a family physician, physical therapists, athletic trainers, sports nutritionist and various consultants work collectively to develop individual treatment plans for every athlete.

We strive to return each athlete to a higher level of athletic participation, from simple exercise modifications to the most complex surgical reconstructions.
