In vitro fertilization (Basic IVF Services) Charges*

• Total due to RMIA prior to start of IVF cycle - $3,300.00
• Total due to RLA prior to start of IVF cycle - $6,300.00

Anesthesia services are paid directly to the anesthetist
on the date of the IVF retrieval. - $375.00

Total due prior to IVF - $9,600.00

These prices do not include medicines

*Basic IVF Lab Services include retrieval, and insemination fee including intracytoplasmic sperm injection and assisted hatching if indicated, and cryopreservation of embryos and the first 4 months of storage.

Notes: These charges are effective for all retrievals and transfers after September 15, 2007. These prices are subject to change. All patients must have a $0 balance before beginning any IVF cycle.  

We accept cash, money order, bank check, Visa or MasterCard as methods of payment.
