MCBRIDE NAMED DIRECTOR OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT FOR MCG HEALTH SYSTEM

Augusta, Ga. -- Peppy McBride was recently named Director of Quality Management for MCG Health System.

She is responsible for overseeing the quality management department, which includes both quality management coordinators as well as patient representatives. In addition, she will maintain the performance and quality improvement initiatives for MCG Health System, promoting activities to improve and evaluate patient care outcomes.

Ms. McBride’s experience in healthcare spans 25 years. Most recently, she was Director of Performance Improvement at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, NY.

MCG HealthCare is the health system of the Medical College of Georgia and is comprised of MCG Health, Inc. and the clinical services offered by the faculty of the School of Medicine and the members of the Physicians Practice Group.
