Activities include pregnancy, parenting and wellness classes; health screenings by MCG Health System; a maternity wear fashion show by Japanese Weekend, Suzanna Monaco, Meet Me in Miami and Ripe; a complimentary lunch by SYSCO Foods; makeovers by Giella; and a chance to win door prizes. Vendors include Sweet Pea Designs, Power Cuts Salon and Pitter Patter Children’s Boutique.
Scheduled classes and events are:
- Blood Pressure, Glucose and Cholesterol Screenings, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Exercising Before, During and After Pregnancy, 11 a.m.
- Lunch and Fashion Show, Noon
- What to Eat and Not Eat While Pregnant, 1 p.m.
- Selecting the Right Pediatrician, 2 p.m.
- Selecting the Best Child Care, 3 p.m.
- Preparing Your Pet for a New Baby, 4 p.m.
