Tobias is responsible for providing overall leadership, management direction and administration of all facility-related services that support the business units of MCG Health, Inc.

Prior to joining MCG Health, Inc., Tobias was System Director of Design and Construction Services with the South Broward Hospital District in Hollywood, Fla. His previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Support Services at Miami Children's Hospital, and Vice President of Facilities and Construction at Intracoastal Health Systems in West Palm Beach, Fla., Jackson Memorial Health System in Miami and CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, N.Y. Tobias has 15 years experience in health care, including pediatric and academic medical center facilities operation and management.

He graduated cum laude from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Mich., with a BSEE degree. He has pursued MBA course work at Eastern Michigan University and the University of Vermont.
