The 11th Annual Camp Rainbow Benefit Open Horse Show takes place Saturday, September 25, 2004, at the Hippodrome Horse Complex in North Augusta. Registration begins at 8 a.m., with the Opening Ceremony taking place at 9 a.m. Open to all, this horse show features English, Western, Championship and Exhibition classes, with awards for first through sixth place. Entry fees are $5 for standard classes, $10 for the Championship class and $2 for the Exhibition class. Spectator admission is free. Horseowners should note that a Negative Coggins Test is required for admittance to the center. Proceeds from the horse show will benefit Camp Rainbow, an annual camp for children with cancer offered by the MCG Children’s Medical Center.
