Kevin Nowak, R-CPT, FACCA, has joined MCG Health, Inc. as the Administrative Director for the MCG Cardiovascular Center of Excellence. 

He will provide leadership, direction and administrative management for the center, including developing and implementing business plans.

Prior to joining MCG Health, Inc., Nowak served as Administrator for Cardiovascular Services at Orlando Regional Health Care in Florida. He has also served in similar roles at the Kaleida Health System in Buffalo, New York; Rochester Heart Institute and Cardiovascular Services at viaHealth System in Rochester, New York; and the President Bush Center for Cardiovascular Health at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, Texas. 

Nowak earned a B.A. degree from the State University of New York and is currently completing his MBA/MHA at Regis University in Denver. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiovascular Administrators, and is a member of the American Academy of Medical Administrators, the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
