Movie Sheds Light on Mental Health IssuesMay 19, 2006Augusta, Ga.

MCG Health System presents “What The Movies Tell Us About Mental Health,” a viewing and discussion of the film “The Great Santini,” on Wednesday, May 31, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the main conference center (BT 1810) at the MCG Children’s Medical Center, Harper Street.

The discussion is led by members of the MCG Division of Child, Adolescent and Family Psychiatry. The free event is open to the public and will examine family dynamics, parent-child relationships and adolescent developmental issues presented in the film. Refreshments are provided.
