Heart and Sole Foundation Donates $30,000 to the MCGHealth Children’s Medical Center

Augusta, GA--

Heart and Sole check presentation The Heart and Sole Foundation recently donated $30,000 to the MCGHealth Children’s Medical Center’s heart program, money raised during the second annual Heart and Sole 5K Run/Walk held in March. The fund-raiser was started by Stacey Haskins (center) in memory of her niece Margaret Bowen McElreath. Receiving the check for the children’s hospital are Dr. William Kanto, Medical Director, and Barbara Meeks, Vice President of Pediatric Patient Care Services.
