Direct from Our Patients
At MCGHealth, we understand that a visit to our facility is not necessarily all fun and games. As the region’s only academic medical center, we see thousands of patients and family members every day in our adult hospital, our children’s hospital and our clinical practice sites. On average, we see more than 400 people each day in our Emergency Department alone.
In spite of the number of patients we treat, we work each day to make every visit as comfortable as possible. And we continually strive to improve our services.
That’s why when you offer a suggestion or express a concern, we listen. More importantly, we act. And when you tell us that we have met or exceeded your expectations, we celebrate!

No humans on this planet could have been more passionate, sympathetic, or caring than you have been toward her and our family. If I needed help or answers about her treatment I received it in a very patient, kind way from all the staff. I cannot say enough about your kindness to all of us. May God bless you all. Hats off to the MS Clinic
The MS clinic is very caring to my needs. The receptionist, Tameka, on the 6th floor always satisfies my appointment needs. Dr. Mary Hughes and her PA Barbara are two of the best I have ever had in any dr/patient relationship. They treat me with personal care. Whenever there's an emergency this clinic will take me in right away. I've been to many doctors in my life and in all my 42 years this is the BEST clinic I have ever been to. I truly feel like my health is their concern. Dana and Sheila are two of the most WONDERFUL nurses in the world!! Dr. Hughes runs a clinic that cares for its patients.

The nurses on 4 South were all extremely nice and professional, as well as very personable and helpful. Excellent care. Dr. Wynn has a wonderful personality as well as being very professional and informative. He was very friendly and concerned with my family that was waiting.
6 North - Telemetry
My first experience at MCGHealth left me with a great respect and appreciation for the professionalism, care, courtesy, and compassion of the entire staff. I would highly recommend your facility.
7 South - Medicine
