Online Restless Legs Symposium Registration

RLS is a neurologic condition in up to 8 percent of the population. RLS is the overwhelming urge to move the legs due to uncomfortable or unpleasant sensations. These sensations occur during periods of inactivity, become more sensitive in the evening and at night and are relieved by movement of the limb.

MCG Health System will host a free Restless Legs Symposium on Saturday, December 10, at the Augusta Towers Hotel (formerly the Sheraton Augusta Hotel), 2651 Perimeter Pkwy., from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event is open to patients, families and friends of those affected by RLS and will provide information on common sleep disorders, symptoms and treatments for RLS.
